Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Policy

Booking can only be made through our Official Facebook Page. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we require all bookings to be made at least 48-72 hours in advance. Upon confirmation, a formal itinerary will be provided. Please ensure all passenger details are accurate as these are required for transport and insurance purposes. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality service from the moment you inquire until your tour is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours / 3 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable. 

Payment Method

1. Down Payment is REQUIRED to confirm your booking. Payment can be made through: GCash or Bank Transfer.

2. The remaining balance will be collected on the first day of the tour/trip. It can be paid in cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer.
